Any and all information collected is kept confidential; it will never be shared with other parties and is only used by our staff to process your request for assistance.

All the information you provide to interact with AAACT staff is kept confidential. We do not distribute or sell information provided to us by our clients or consumers. We use non-identifying information and aggregate information to help us better meet our reporting requirements to the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services, the U.S. Administration on Aging, or other funding entity.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information we collect and maintain on file by contacting the AAACT. We use this procedure to safeguard your information. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
