“Grief: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” 5 Week Series – October 10th: Making Sense of Your Role as Caregiver

FreeThe Area Agency on Aging of Central Texas is hosting a 5-week series with Baylor Scott and White Hospice to:
- Discuss how people grieve
- Identify healthy coping skills
- Emphasize the individual path of grief for each person
- Discuss things that can make you get “stuck’ in grief.
- Have time for you to share your story if you want to
Sessions will be a combination of giving information and group discussion. Participants will receive a manual with information on grief for future reference.
Meeting Dates and topics will include:
October 3rd – Responding to / Accepting Death
October 10th – Making Sense of Your Role as Caregiver
October 17th – Making Sense of Your Relationship with Your Loved One
October 24th – How are You Functioning Now
October 31st – Giving Yourself Freedom to Plan and Live Your Future
