Community Health and Wellness Programs offers tools to take charge of your health on a wide variety of topics.
Health and Wellness Programs are open to the adult community with no age or income requirements. The classes are taught in a series of weekly sessions at convenient locations throughout the AAACT’s seven-county service area.
